In India, BluePMS is ₹120 per room per month plus GST, with all 17 modules included. Published USD pricing is available for UAE, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, Kenya, and Mauritius; other regions receive a written quote. Optional resilience add-ons are available: Zone Redundancy adds 35% and Geo-DR adds 70% to the monthly subscription. One-time fees are never affected.
Standard hosting runs your hotel's system in one cloud region with regular backups. Zone Redundancy (+35% on the monthly subscription) keeps a live copy of your system across multiple data centers within the same region, so a single data-center outage does not interrupt check-ins, billing, or reports. Geo-DR (+70% on the monthly subscription, and it includes zone redundancy) additionally replicates your system to a second geographic region, so operations continue even through a region-wide disaster. Add-ons apply only to the recurring subscription — one-time fees stay the same. Example for India: ₹120 per room per month becomes ₹162 with Zone Redundancy or ₹204 with Geo-DR, plus GST.
Every major module has a chaptered video walkthrough — 13 full-length demos covering 900+ real screens — so staff can revisit any workflow at any time instead of relying on a one-off training session. Live onboarding support is included during implementation.
All 17 modules are included in every subscription: Front Office, Point of Sale, Housekeeping, F&B Costing, Banquets, Purchase & Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Payroll & HR, CRM, SPA, Transport, Forecast, Channel Distribution, Communications, AI Copilot, Hostel, and Reports. BluePMS is cloud-based and runs in a modern web browser — there are no on-site servers to buy, patch, or maintain. Front desk, POS, and back office use the same system from any desktop or laptop with an internet connection.
