Where a regional price card is available, BluePMS shows an indicative estimate for your hotel scope. Where local pricing is not published, the same inputs create a firm quote request. Taxes are shown separately.
World-class engineering, built for hotel economics.
BluePMS is built by a team with deep experience across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, AI Builder, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud, including platform work at the scale of over 6 million SQL databases. That matters because reliability, security, extensibility, and cost discipline are designed into the foundation, not added later.

Regional pricing components
What shapes the estimate.
Room count creates the base, selected departments add operating scope, and integrations, setup, support, tax, and annual minimums complete the commercial view.
Core Room Platform
Front Office + Housekeeping priced by regional room count.
India uses INR 120 per room/month. Published international markets use their regional USD room price.
Additional Scope Items
Add modules, outlets, venues, users, and integrations without hiding the cost model.
International add-ons are monthly USD rates. India add-ons remain annual INR rates for modules, additional outlets, and integrations.
Commercial Terms
Tax is always outside the headline price, and minimum annual billing is applied by region.
Setup, annual minimums, tax treatment, and 24x7 support planning are confirmed against the regional commercial scope.
Resilience add-ons
Standard hosting is included. Zone Redundancy and Geo-DR are optional subscription add-ons.
Standard hosting — included. Zone Redundancy — +35% of monthly subscription. Geo-DR — +70% of monthly subscription (includes zone redundancy). One-time fees are not affected.
TCO checklist
Compare the full hotel cost, not only the front-desk subscription.
A low subscription can become expensive if outlets, inventory, finance, campaigns, reporting, migration, and support are priced separately. Use this checklist when comparing any PMS quote.

Question to ask any vendor
Why it affects total cost
Front office, folio, and room operations
Included in the operating core.
Are room status, guest folio, charges, checkout, and reporting part of the same system?
BluePMS scopeCovered as part of the hotel operating scope.
Ask vendorAre POS, recipe costing, bill delay tracking, and settlement connected to inventory and finance?
Cost impactReduces separate outlet tools, manual bill tracking, and hidden food-cost leakage.
Inventory depletion and purchase flow
BluePMS scopeInventory, purchase, stock movement, utilization, and reports are in scope.
Ask vendorDoes stock deplete from consumption automatically, and can purchase approvals be audited?
Cost impactControls material usage, supplier spend, reorder discipline, and reconciliation effort.
Accounts receivable and debt management
BluePMS scopeAR aging, debtor balances, direct billing, statements, and reminders are in scope.
Ask vendorCan the system show who owes money, aging buckets, credit exposure, and collection actions?
Cost impactImproves cash discipline and reduces spreadsheet-led follow-up.
CRM, campaigns, and communication
BluePMS scopeCRM, lead follow-up, email, WhatsApp-style communication paths, promotions, and guest engagement are planned as one scope.
Ask vendorWill guest history, campaigns, enquiries, and follow-ups sit inside the hotel system or another tool?
Cost impactPrevents missed leads, fragmented guest lists, and campaign work outside operations.
Forecasting, rate intelligence, and AI
BluePMS scopeForecast Intelligence, rate shopper context, and AI - Copilot Home are part of the broader platform story.
Ask vendorAre forecasts, pricing signals, pickup, and AI answers based on live hotel data?
Cost impactSupports RevPAR, demand planning, and faster management decisions.
Transport, SPA, payroll, and extended operations
BluePMS scopeExtended departments can be included without buying separate department software first.
Ask vendorWhich departments become paid add-ons later, and which are included in the first commercial scope?
Cost impactShows the real cost of running the full hotel, not only the front desk subscription.
Implementation, training, and support
BluePMS scopeScope is clarified before quote so rollout effort is visible earlier.
Ask vendorWhat migration, training, business-date setup, reports, and support are included?
Cost impactReduces surprise implementation cost and makes the commercial proposal easier to compare.
Engineering economics
Why BluePMS can deliver deep scope without bloated operating cost.
The pricing story is not cheap software. It is disciplined engineering, shared platform services, fewer disconnected tools, and less operational waste.
1
Built with Microsoft platform discipline
BluePMS brings engineering experience from Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, AI Builder, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud into hotel operations, including platform work at the scale of over 6 million SQL databases.
2
Designed to reduce operating waste
A connected platform reduces duplicated infrastructure, repeated integrations, fragmented support, and manual reconciliation between departments.
3
More scope, fewer commercial surprises
The pricing conversation starts with modules, reports, data, implementation, and support so hotels can compare total value instead of only one subscription line.
